We, Embionics, are a group of people who are interested in the creation of technology to make products that fill up the societal need.

We intend to do this in a unique way, which is just and honest to everyone involved. In order to achieve our purpose we honor the following fundamental axioms that we have set for ourselves:

1) We believe that we are concept sellers, we create concepts. From concepts stem concrete ideas and from concrete ideas stem world class products.

2) We believe and subscribe to the fact that change is an inevitable creator and destructor of concepts. Every concept has a context, once the context changes the relevance of the concept changes. The context is controlled by the market but the concepts are created by us.

3) Since concepts live and die, we believe that any thriving organization should innovate and adapt itself, our aim would be the same and we would always be in the forefront of innovation, by adapting technology to serve the context that the society sets.

4) Our place in the society is to match the technological advancement with societal needs, with products as our means to achieve the end.

5) Our daily activity is creation at every stage of product development. If there is no product or idea or concept based on a societal need, we create it. We also create concepts which we foresee could be useful to the society. We fill in the demand supply gap between technological progress and the societal needs.

6) To continuously generate concepts, ideas and products what is most important is that we have a conducive atmosphere for creativity.  This atmosphere shall be maintained at every level of work. This atmosphere is defined by the presence of open minded acceptance of ideas from anyone, and also providing everyone the access to technology which they can wholeheartedly innovate and contribute. Access to technology and open-mindedness are the key to developing a large pool of a dedicated creative workforce.

7) Our unit measure of work is the creative ideas that we come up with at each stage of development. And since this is the unit measure of value exchange in the company, every employee or contributor shall share a just and honestly evaluated size of profit which his idea generates. There should be individualized profit sharing at each level of work.

8) We realize that we are an innovation driven industry and not a throughput based one , and hence our organizational structure would reflect the fact that innovation rewards more than any other factor such as experience.
